Job Description – HR & Operations Manager Position: HR & Operations Manager Department: Human Resources & Operations Location: Shankar Puram, Bangalore Reporting To: Director / Senior Management Job Summary The HR & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing both human resources and day-to-day operational activities of the organization. This role ensures efficient workforce management, smooth operational processes, and alignment with overall business goals. The position requires a balance of people management skills and operational expertise to drive organizational efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Functions Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives Identify training needs and implement development programs Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports for management Operations Management Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Monitor and improve performance metrics and operational KPIs Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards Identify process improvements and implement best practices Manage vendors, suppliers, and client coordination Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or related field 2–5 years of combined experience in HR and operations management Strong understanding of labor laws and operational processes Key Skills Leadership and team management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Analytical thinking and process improvement mindset Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and ERP systems Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Employee retention and satisfaction levels Recruitment turnaround time Operational efficiency and cost control Process improvement implementation Compliance and audit performance Team productivity and performance metrics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
