HR MANAGER
Benefits: Working Days: Monday - Friday (staggered hours available) Performance Bonus & AWS Miscellaneous allowance Work From Home Company Incentive Trip & Bonding Activities Medical Coverage with Panel Clinics Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development. Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and compliance with Singapore labour laws. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective manpower planning and talent acquisition. Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies. Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially. Support department heads in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee retention. Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A, MOM submissions). Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity. Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and ensure timely compliance. Requirements Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with min 2 years of leadership role. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices. Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels. Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
