Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and new hire onboarding. Employee Relations: Act as a mediator to resolve staff conflicts, handle grievances, and support a positive company culture. Compliance: Ensure all workplace policies and company operations follow local, state, and federal labor laws. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll support, health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness programs. Performance and Training: Manage performance appraisal systems, coordinate professional training, and plan team development. Essential Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field. Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of generalist or specialized HR experience. Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and analytical skills.
