Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. Handle performance management, training and employee development. Manage employee relations, grievances and HR policies. Ensure statutory compliance, HR documentation and employee records. Support payroll, attendance, leave and other HR operations. Drive retention, culture-building and employee engagement initiatives. Lead and support the HR team in achieving organisational goals. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field. 5–8 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Good knowledge of HR processes, labour laws and HRMS. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
