Role: HR Manager – Talent Acquisition Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 2–5 Years in Team Handling Job Type: Full-time Company: Edujam LLP Salary: 3-7 LPA (Base on experienced) Working hours: 10 am - 7 pm | Working Days: Monday- Saturday About the Role: We are looking for a HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead a recruitment team and drive end-to-end hiring while ensuring quality, productivity, and timely closures. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets. Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Drive volume hiring through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms. Monitor team performance, recruitment KPIs, TAT, and joining ratios. Handle bulk/volume hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of Non- IT. Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely position closures. Handle offer negotiation, candidate follow-ups, and joining closures. Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide performance updates. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Handled the team of 4-5 members Bulk hiring of especially sales. Prior experience in team handling and target-based recruitment. Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS/CRM. Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
