The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Recruit real estate professionals, including Property Consultants, Sales Agents, Admin staff, and other positions. Handle employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, and offboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, contracts, and other HR documentation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally. Coordinate performance evaluations and support management in improving employee performance. Assist with payroll preparation and employee benefits administration. Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, medical, and other employment-related processes. Support management with workforce planning and HR strategies. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous HR Manager or senior HR experience in a real estate company is required. Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations within the UAE real estate industry. Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities. Currently based in the Dubai is preferred. Preferred Experience Candidates who have previously worked as an HR Manager, Senior HR Executive, or HR Specialist within a Dubai/UAE real estate brokerage or property company will be given preference. Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
