Looking for a HR MANAGER - Hospitality Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff in accordance with company and local regulations. Policy Development: Drafting and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and performance appraisal systems. Compensation & Benefits: Administering employee compensation, benefits, and payroll systems, including managing working hours and taxes. Employee Relations: Serving as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace issues and promote a positive work environment. Training & Development: Organizing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance. Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to Bahrain labour laws and other relevant regulations. HR Operations: Managing employee data, maintaining HR information systems, and overseeing other administrative HR functions. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
