HR Manager
PURPOSE: To lead and execute comprehensive human resources programs focused on employee growth, career development, and organizational effectiveness. The HR Manager (Development) will play a critical role in shaping and implementing strategies that support the professional growth and engagement of our workforce. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted learning initiatives. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Collaborate with managers to create career development paths and succession plans for key positions. Conduct talent assessments and identify high-potential employees for leadership development programs. Facilitate mentorship and coaching programs to support career growth and retention. Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and development opportunities. Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing performance management practices. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through development opportunities and career growth initiatives. Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement in development programs. Collaborate with HR and organizational leaders to address retention challenges and implement retention strategies. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to development programs and employee training. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee development and talent management. Partner with senior management and department heads to align development initiatives with business objectives and organizational priorities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. EXPERIENCE: 2 years of progressive experience in HR roles with a focus on learning and development. SKILLS: Detail oriented Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs is preferred. Patient, honest and trustworthy Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive organizational change and performance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications. SUPERVISION: Standard; attention to detail required.
