HR Manager
Job Description: Job Summary The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. This role serves as a strategic partner to management by ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. Manage employee relations concerns, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling in accordance with company policies and labor laws. Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead performance management initiatives, including performance evaluations and succession planning. Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee learning programs. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, government regulations, and statutory requirements. Maintain and oversee employee records, HR reports, and HRIS databases. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions and workforce planning. Promote employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Supervise and mentor HR team members to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role . Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits. Proven experience in handling multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the retail, manufacturing, construction, or service industry is an advantage. Background in organizational development and change management is preferred. Relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
