The role is responsible for aligning HR strategies and programs with business objectives and ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company goals. Lead organizational development, workforce planning, and competency development initiatives. Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and employee development. Develop and implement performance management, compensation, rewards, and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee relations, engagement, benefits, and workplace concerns. Lead organizational change and HR process improvements. Oversee HR systems, records, policies, and administrative services. Provide HR insights and recommendations to management and support strategic decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business or Economics. Must have taken Special Training in Strategic Human Resource, Organization Development, or related courses. At least 10 years of HR experience , with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role . Strong knowledge of HR management, labor laws, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations . Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and programs. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Experience in change management and organizational development is an advantage. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing business needs.
