About the role As an HR Manager with Philippine TEMU Trade Inc.', you will play a vital role in shaping the people strategy of this dynamic organisation. Based in the vibrant city of Manila, this full-time position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in human resources and drive positive change within the company. What you'll be doing Providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to support the overall business objectives Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and foster a positive, inclusive work environment Partnering with business leaders to identify and address talent management needs, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and overall workplace culture Acting as a trusted advisor to management, providing HR-related insights and solutions to support business decisions Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with the overall organisational goals What we're looking for 1. Education and major Full time bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in human resources, enterprise management, or administration. Those with a certificate in human resources management are more advantageous. 2. Work experience At least 5 years of personnel work experience is required, with priority given to cross-border e-commerce companies, and at least 3 years of management experience in the same position. 3. Professional competence-Familiar with the six major modules of human resources, especially proficient in personnel recruitment, including channel expansion. Available channels include headhunting, recruitment vendors, online recruitment channels, etc.-Capable of coordinating human resource management work, such as establishing company process systems, establishing rules and regulations, setting up interview SOPs, and establishing daily office management systems.-Review and revise the compliance of existing personnel and administrative documents.-Improve the company's performance evaluation system, standardize various processes of performance management, and ensure the completeness of the execution process.-Develop and revise the company's salary and welfare management system, prepare employee salary and welfare plans. Comprehensive ability-Have good cross-cultural communication skills, strong organizational and coordination abilities, as well as planning and execution abilities.-Strong language communication skills, fluent in spoken English. Other requirements Work experience in e-commerce companies is preferred.
