YOUR PROFIL - You are a student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program. - You’re interested in people, operational HR management, employee experience, and digital transformation. - Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in HR, for example through internships, working student roles, or student initiatives. - You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner and are able to keep track of multiple tasks running in parallel. - You handle sensitive information responsibly and discreetly. - You have good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace and ideally some initial experience with HR tools such as Personio or comparable systems. - You enjoy using AI as a “colleague,” but don’t forget to question the results. - You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages) YOUR BENEFITS - Supportive Team Culture: Team cohesion is important to us - we support one another and foster a healthy office culture.
