Activate and continuously engage all CPs. Ensure every CP generates 1 site visit every 15 days . Drive the CP team toward minimum 1 sale every month . Follow up with CPs, leads, site visits and prospects. Coordinate with Sales Managers and the Project Team. Conduct regular CP meetings, training and performance reviews. Maintain CP performance and sales reports. Replace inactive/non-performing CPs when required. Take complete ownership of CP recruitment → site visits → sales conversion . Incentive: ₹25,000 per successful sale generated through their CP team.
