# HR Intern **VRO Hospitality** · Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role HR Intern – Hospitality Industry Location: Bengaluru Department: Human Resources Industry: Hospitality Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment for hotels, restaurants, and restobars Source and screen candidates for F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Support roles Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups Support joining formalities and onboarding Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation Assist with attendance, leave, HRMS, and payroll inputs Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads for manpower requirements Support employee engagement and grievance handling Assist with exit formalities and F&F documentation Prepare daily/weekly HR MIS and recruitment reports Support the HR team in day-to-day HR Operations Requirements: Graduate / pursuing HR or related course Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Interest in Hospitality HR Freshers are welcome Willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
