This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and an opportunity to work on live hiring requirements. ### Key Responsibilities * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS. * Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Support the TA team in meeting hiring targets and timelines. * Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities. ### Requirements * Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in **HR, Business Administration, or a related field**. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good sourcing and networking abilities. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition. * Freshers are welcome to apply. ### What You’ll Gain * Practical exposure to **end-to-end recruitment**. * Experience working on live hiring mandates. * Learning opportunity with an experienced Talent Acquisition team. * Strong foundation for building a career in HR and Recruitment.
