# HR Head **Frabelle Food Group** · Caloocan · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Continuous hands-on supervision of the Recruitment team (for Admin personnel and Merchandisers). - Ensures that all submitted Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) will be properly accomplished before endorsing to HR and that all requested personnel will be served in a timely manner. - Close monitoring in hiring and recruiting personnel especially critically tagged positions (e.g. merchandisers, supervisors, heads, and managers). - Supervises Training and Performance Management team. - Attends and presides panel interviews of employees’ subjects for regularization. - Checks and signs Movement (includes Regularization, Understudy, Confirmation, Appointment, Transfer) memorandum of employees. - Supervises HR Staff – Employee Relations Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Caloocan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
