HR Generalist (Reliever-6 months)
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compensation and benefits administration, and HR operations and compliance. The role serves as a key partner to employees and managers, ensuring that HR practices align with company policies, labor regulations, and organizational objectives. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers, and facilitation of reference checks and medical exam Handle the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and administration of student interns Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements of job openings Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Provide support in scheduling, logistics, and other admin-related tasks for employee onboarding and orientations to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Maintain recruitment records and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements Create new hire announcements to introduce new hires via internal email blast Total Rewards Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs Coordinate employee enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to benefits Assist with benefits communication and employee education Track employee attendance and leave records Process payments for remittances of government-mandated benefits Learning & Engagement Provide support in coordinating learning and employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives Assist in conducting employee surveys as needed Create publication materials and internal communication support to promote HR programs and initiatives HR Operations & Compliance Answer simple employee inquiries and/or direct and escalate employee inquiries regarding HR-related processes and workplace concerns to the HR team, as needed Prepare, endorse, and monitor payment requests for HR-related matters Process and monitor documents related to regularization, transfers, resignations, and separations. Prepare HR-related letters, certifications, memoranda, and employment documentation. Assist in the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and employee data analytics as needed Provide support in policy development, implementation, and communication Support HR-related audits and documentation requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a generalist role. Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits. Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and HR best practices. Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Willing to work in a contractual role for a period of 6 months, with a start start date of Nov 16, 2026 Willing to work in Makati City (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
