This pivotal role combines strategic human resources management with hands-on recruitment activities to support our fast-paced logistics operations. You will drive talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance initiatives, ensuring our workforce is engaged, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture while managing complex HR processes efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Lead talent sourcing efforts using ATS platforms such as Taleo, Lever, or Workday to attract top candidates for logistics and warehouse roles. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure seamless integration into the organization. Develop and implement employee orientation programs that promote understanding of company policies, safety procedures, and organizational culture. Oversee employee evaluation and performance management initiatives to support continuous improvement and career development. Administer benefits programs, including workers' compensation, FMLA leave management, and other employee benefits to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction. Maintain HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro for accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis related to workforce metrics. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment law, OSHA standards, affirmative action planning, and HR legal requirements across all HR functions. Collaborate on organizational design projects and workforce management strategies that align with strategic planning objectives. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while fostering a positive work environment. Support HR projects related to change management, succession planning, training & development initiatives, and HR department improvements. Experience----At least Five years of experience Proven experience in human resources management within a logistics or 3PL environment is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition using ATS systems such as Kenexa BrassRing or Oracle HCM. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal compliance standards. Experience handling benefits administration, payroll processing, and personnel administration tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis skills essential) and HR systems like Workday or UltiPro is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict resolution effectively. Prior involvement in HR sourcing strategies, project management initiatives, and workforce planning activities is advantageous.
