HR Generalist (Recruitment focus)

Source Asia Business · Ortigas

About the Role You will own recruitment for Spiderhook's open roles, from validating the request through to handoff, while also carrying general HR duties — documentation, compliance, and day-to-day policy support. Recruitment is the priority. The generalist work keeps you close to the rest of the employee lifecycle. Some of what we hire for is technical or specialized, so recruiting experience in tech or similarly skills-driven hiring is a real advantage here, though what matters most is persistence — you treat every "no" as information that narrows the search, and you keep going. What You Will Actually Do Recruitment ownership. Validate manpower requests and job descriptions with hiring managers, then run the full cycle — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate handoff. Talent pipelining. Build a pipeline ahead of need rather than waiting for a role to open, so we have qualified candidates ready when it does. Recruitment metrics. Track time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, and use what the numbers show to fix the parts of the process that are slow or leaking candidates. General HR support. Maintain accurate employee documentation, help implement HR policies, and keep hiring and onboarding compliant with labor law and company standards. Hiring manager partnership. Understand what each manager actually needs before you source for it, and support engagement programs that keep the culture worth recruiting into. The Profile We Are Looking For Resourceful. You look past job boards — referrals, communities, direct outreach — to find candidates who aren't actively applying anywhere. Persistent. Rejection doesn't slow you down. You use it to sharpen the search. Tech-comfortable. You use AI tools to speed up sourcing, resume review, and candidate communication, and you're a strong Google Workspace user. Organized under load. You can run a full recruitment pipeline alongside generalist tasks without losing track of details. Clear communicator. You can explain a policy or a role's requirements plainly, without jargon. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of HR experience with a recruitment focus. Recruiting experience in tech or other skills-driven hiring — roles like developers and business analysts — is a strong advantage. Comfortable with AI productivity tools and Google Workspace. Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company events Health insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ortigas
