HR Generalist
Key Accountabilities 1. Employee Relations & HR Operations Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns and fostering a positive employee experience. Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to organisational policies and applicable labour laws. Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, HR induction, contract management, confirmations, and maintenance of personnel records. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Support manpower planning initiatives by coordinating recruitment activities to ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requirements. Oversee end-to-end recruitment coordination, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Develop and maintain a structured talent pool and CV database to support future hiring needs. Build and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sourcing channels to strengthen talent pipelines. 3. Performance Management Drive the timely execution of the performance appraisal process, ensuring completion in line with organisational timelines. Coordinate performance feedback between managers and employees, ensuring alignment and documentation. Maintain accurate performance data, reports, and tracking systems to support decision-making. 4. Learning & Development Support the implementation of training and development initiatives, including approvals, documentation, and coordination of end-to-end processes. Facilitate learning programmes to enhance employee capability and support organisational growth objectives. 5. HR Policies & Organisational Development Contribute to the development, review, and continuous enhancement of HR policies, procedures, SOPs, organisational structures, and job descriptions. Ensure effective communication, implementation, and compliance with HR policies and guidelines to promote consistency and a positive work environment. 6. HR Administration & Reporting Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee databases, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and proper documentation. Oversee filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure systematic record management and compliance requirements. Manage medical insurance processes, including enrolment, claims management, employee queries, and support in budgeting and cost tracking. 7. Internship & Employee Documentation Management Oversee internship programmes, including coordination, monitoring, and completion formalities. Facilitate issuance of employment-related documentation such as experience letters, certificates, and other HR correspondences. 8. Process Improvement & HR Initiatives Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance efficiency, and support digitalisation initiatives. Implement HR and administrative initiatives within the assigned unit, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and compliance requirements. 9. Additional Responsibilities Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs and HR function effectiveness.
