This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented while fostering a positive, productive, and customer-focused workplace. The HR Generalist partners with department managers to attract, develop, and retain talent that supports Shimmer and Shield Car Coating's operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Administer attendance, leave, and payroll-related processes. Support performance management and employee development initiatives. Address employee concerns and promote positive employee relations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations. Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR metrics. Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution when necessary. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
