Key Responsibilities: - Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies and labor laws Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on labor and HR matters Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and other general HR functions Draft and implement HR policies and procedures, particularly related to labor relations Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records Conduct training and awareness sessions on workplace policies and compliance Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of experience in all facets of HR, with a strong focus on labor relations and employee discipline In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
