Job Title: HR Generalist Company: ALPHA INFINITY HOLDING CORP Location: Poblacion, Makati Schedule: monday to friday Job Summary: Alpha Infinity Holding Corp is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will oversee daily HR operations, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Administer and implement HR policies and procedures. Assist recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new employees. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives. Assist with performance management and employee development programs. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws at all levels. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies and best practices. Conduct exit interviews and oversee offboarding processes. Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture. Knows all HR Facets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
