# HR Generalist **Mineski Global** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The HR Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave administration, compensation and benefits coordination, employee relations, performance management, HR documentation, and compliance. The position serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring that HR processes are implemented accurately, consistently, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Employee Lifecycle Management Facilitate HR processes from onboarding through separation. Prepare and maintain employment-related documents, personnel records, and HR forms. Ensure timely processing of regularization, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and other personnel movements. Monitor employee status and ensure required documentation is complete. 2. Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers. Assist in job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination. Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities. Ensure new hires receive necessary company policies, orientation, and documentation. 3. Employee Records and HR Documentation Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files and HR databases. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information. Prepare HR reports, employment certificates, personnel notices, and other HR documents. Monitor completeness and accuracy of HR records. 4. Timekeeping, Attendance and Leave Administration Monitor employee attendance, absences, tardiness, undertime, and leave applications. Coordinate with payroll and relevant departments regarding attendance and payroll-related concerns. Validate and process leave requests and supporting documents. Assist in resolving attendance and timekeeping discrepancies. 5. Compensation and Benefits Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including government-mandated and company-provided benefits. Coordinate employee concerns regarding HMO, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, leave benefits, and other benefits. Assist in payroll preparation and validation by providing accurate HR-related information. Monitor personnel actions affecting compensation and benefits. 6. Employee Relations Respond to employee concerns and HR-related inquiries professionally and promptly. Assist in handling employee grievances, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters. Prepare HR documentation related to employee relations cases. Assist in administrative hearings and due-process procedures when required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee relations matters. 7. Performance Management Coordinate performance evaluation activities and ensure timely completion. Monitor probationary employee evaluation schedules and regularization requirements. Assist managers and employees in understanding performance management processes. Maintain performance-related records and documentation. 8. HR Policies and Compliance Assist in implementing and communicating company HR policies and procedures. Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Assist in preparing documentation required for audits, inspections, and compliance requirements. Recommend process improvements when HR procedures require enhancement. 9. HR Reporting and Analytics Prepare regular HR reports such as headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment status, employee movement, and other HR metrics. Ensure HR data and reports are accurate and submitted within established deadlines. Assist management in providing HR-related data for decision-making. 10. HR Projects and Other Duties Participate in HR projects, employee engagement activities, and company programs. Assist in the development and improvement of HR processes and systems. Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager or management. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related field. Experience in multiple HR functions is preferred. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. Basic knowledge of Philippine labor standards and statutory benefits. Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
