This position is responsible for providing end-to-end HR support including talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR policy implementation while fostering a positive, high-performing work culture. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads and leaders to understand business strategies and workforce needs. Develop HR strategies and solutions that support organizational objectives. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-based decision-making. Support recruitment needs by identifying talent gaps and partnering with the Talent Acquisition team. Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development. Guide managers through the performance management cycle, including goal setting, coaching, and evaluations. Support performance improvement plans and ensures consistency in performance standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues. Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. Promote a positive company culture through engagement programs, communication initiatives, and employee recognition activities. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a background in generalist. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Can start ASAP Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
