HR Generalist Associate Job Summary The HR Generalist Associate provides support across various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. This role works closely with employees, supervisors, and management to ensure that HR processes are implemented efficiently and consistently. Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring documentation. Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files. Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, concerns, and requests. Support attendance, leave, timekeeping, and other employee-related records. Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documents, reports, contracts, and personnel forms. Support performance management activities, including performance reviews and documentation. Assist in employee engagement activities, company events, and HR initiatives. Help implement employee relations programs and assist in addressing workplace concerns professionally and confidentially. Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines. Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Prepare regular HR reports and maintain HR databases and trackers. Assist with employee separation, clearance, and exit processes. Coordinate with other departments regarding employee-related matters. Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role. Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience may also be considered. Basic knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and labor practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple HR tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge across different HR functions. Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
