HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist – Me N Moms

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare JDs.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels .
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers/HODs.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offers and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
• Coordinate with agencies and other recruitment partners when required.
• Support onboarding and basic HR operations.
• Maintain employee and recruitment-related documentation.

Requirements

• 2- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR Executive role.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment .
• Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.
• Experience in retail/FMCG/e-commerce/hospitality hiring will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
