Job Overview Company: Marri Retail Limited Role: HR Executive Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Industry: Retail Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary The HR Executive will act as a field-ready human resources representative, managing day-to-day HR functions across Marri Retail’s various store networks. The role involves balancing store-level operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance tracking, and compliance enforcement, requiring active travel between retail outlets. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring processes for retail floor staff, cashiers, and supervisors (sourcing, screening, interviewing). Manage seamless onboarding, document collection, and induction for new retail recruits. Attendance & Payroll Inputs: Oversee store attendance registers, biometric logs, and leave management systems. Compile and verify accurate monthly payroll inputs (OT, leaves, deductions). Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, conflicts, and grievances. Foster a positive, engaging, and compliant work environment to help control high turnover rates typical in retail. Policy Enforcement & Compliance: Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and labor law compliance are strictly maintained across all store locations. Performance & Staff Development: Assist store managers in conducting performance evaluations and organizing basic training initiatives for retail employees. Candidate Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration ( BBA / BBM ), or an MBA (HR) . Experience: Freshers with a proactive, field-ready attitude and prior internship experience in retail/FMCG human resources are welcome Key Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. High resilience and adaptability to fast-paced, high-turnover retail environments.
