HR Executive
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) from the hospitality industry who can manage end-to-end HR operations and partner closely with business leaders to support workforce productivity, compliance, and employee engagement across outlets and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities1. Business Partnering Act as a strategic HR partner to outlet heads, chefs, and corporate managers Support manpower planning, workforce optimization, and productivity initiatives Drive people practices aligned with business goals 2. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle bulk and lateral hiring for operations, kitchen, service, and corporate roles Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely closures Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities 3. Employee Lifecycle Management Manage attendance, leave, shift rosters, and contract renewals Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits Support performance reviews and increment processes 4. Employee Relations Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters Manage attrition, absenteeism, and staff misconduct cases Ensure healthy employee relations across outlets 5. Payroll & Compliance Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and statutory deductions Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.) Handle audits, inspections, and documentation 6. Engagement & Culture Drive employee engagement initiatives at outlet and corporate levels Support training programs, induction sessions, and policy communication Maintain a positive workplace culture in high-pressure hospitality environments Desired Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of hospitality HR operations Hands-on experience in employee relations and compliance Ability to manage multiple outlets and field HR activities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving mindset with high ownership Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
