Placement & Career Services Corporate Relations: Build and maintain networks with company recruiters, HR managers, and industry leaders to create job opportunities. Placement Drives: Organize on-campus and virtual recruitment drives, job fairs, pre-placement talks, and interviews. Student/Candidate Training: Conduct career readiness programs, mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and aptitude training. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain placement records, track career outcomes, and generate employment statistics for management. 2. Human Resources (HR) Operations Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle internal talent acquisition, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate new-hire orientations. Employee Relations: Address staff or student queries, assist with performance management, and resolve workplace grievances. Compliance & Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, track attendance/leaves, and ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
