Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions. Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records. Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
