Join our growing team and be part of a compassionate healthcare admin support staff dedicated to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of patients’ homes and in our clinic. We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Executive with a strong healthcare background to join our team in Abudhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HR operations in healthcare facilities and be familiar with DHA /DOH regulations and healthcare staff requirements. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in healthcare sector preferably along homecare Knowledge of DHA/DOHregulations and healthcare licensing process Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee relations Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations and staff affairs Handle recruitment and onboarding process Monitor staff licenses, visa, Emirates ID, BLS, and document expiry Prepare HR letters, reports, warnings, and official communications Coordinate with departments regarding staffing requirements Maintain employee records and HR documentation Ensure compliance with healthcare and company policies Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms ) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs How to Apply: Interested applicants may send their updated CV to jannette.manguinao@ihhc.ae / jannette.manguinao@homecare.com.
