Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. - Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records. - Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. - Coordinate employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling. - Support HR policies, documentation, and process improvements. - Coordinate with department heads to address manpower requirements and HR-related - matters. Desired Profile: - Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles. - Working knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour laws, and statutory - compliance. - Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. - Candidates living on the Central Line will be preferred - Six Day work week. General timing. - Candidates from a manufacturing background would be preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
