We’re looking for a confident and people-focused HR Execuitve to join the HR team supporting our BMW, Hyundai and BYD dealerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied role, is confident handling employee relations and wants to make a real difference across a growing automotive business. What you’ll be doing You’ll be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical HR support across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and supporting grievance and disciplinary processes from start to finish Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters Supporting managers with performance, absence and conduct issues Advising on HR policies and ensuring they are applied fairly and consistently Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation Helping to develop and improve HR processes across the dealerships Building positive relationships with managers and employees at all levels About you We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and commercially minded , with solid HR experience and a strong understanding of employee relations. You’ll ideally have: Previous HR experience at Advisor, Supervisor or similar level Strong experience managing grievances and disciplinary procedures Excellent knowledge of HR policies and employment practices Confidence advising and challenging managers when required Strong communication and people skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail The ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally Ideally, experience within the automotive, retail or another fast-paced environment What we offer £45,000 basic salary + bonus The opportunity to support a well-established automotive group across BMW, Hyundai and BYD A varied role with plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact If you’re an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems and supporting managers through challenging situations, we’d love to hear from you.
