Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Support and Lead Onboarding & Employee Database Drive a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database. 2. HR Ops – Statutory Compliance Ensure end-to-end compliance, including timely payments, returns, and record maintenance as per applicable labor laws. 3. HRMS & Digital Execution, MIS & Dashboards Execute and manage HRMS processes efficiently. Generate regular MIS reports and maintain data dashboards for insights and decision support. 4. Factory and Warehouse Collaboration Efficiently manage employee attendance and payroll processes. Drive employee engagement activities and oversee employee services initiatives. 5. Travel and Administration Handle comprehensive travel support, logistics coordination, and travel claims. Oversee housekeeping operations and general plant administration activities. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Full-time MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline. Experience: Up to 4 years of post-qualification experience. Industry Preference: Prior experience working within Manufacturing or Services organizations is preferred. Core Competencies Compliance: Well-versed with Statutory Laws and Compliance. HR Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of HR principles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR ERPs and MS Office. Teamwork: Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills. Soft Skills: High learning agility. Mindset: Action-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset. Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
