Job Summary We are looking for an organised and people-oriented HR professional to manage the full employment lifecycle of contract employees, from onboarding to offboarding. You will be responsible for employment documentation, employee records, contract renewals, insurance administration, timesheets, employee engagement, and other HR operational matters. You will also work closely with client representatives to ensure employees receive timely and professional HR support. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities, and has a good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and payroll processes. Responsibilities Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process, including preparing and issuing offer letters. Prepare and manage employment contracts for contract employees. Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR documentation. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Track contract expiry dates and manage contract renewals or terminations. Update and maintain employee information in the HR Management System. Manage employee insurance enrolment, updates, and termination. Conduct employee briefings on employment terms, company procedures, Employee Self-Service systems, and timesheet submissions. Coordinate performance reviews, disciplinary discussions, counselling sessions, and other employee-related matters when required. Plan and organise employee engagement activities. Ensure monthly timesheets are collected, checked, and submitted on time. Liaise with Hiring Managers, Team Leads, and other client representatives on employee and operational matters. Deliver HR support in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. Provide on-site HR support at the client’s office on a rotational basis. Support employee management and engagement activities across different client divisions. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and client stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, contract staffing, or a related field. Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and payroll processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
