HR (European preffered)

Seventy Two Real Estate is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who has a strong network and proven experience in hiring commission-based Real Estate Agents in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard experienced Real Estate Agents on a commission basis
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and personal networks
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate sales candidates
• Target agents with existing Dubai real estate experience
• Explain the company's commission structure, requirements and benefits to candidates
• Coordinate joining, documentation and onboarding
• Continuously build a database of active and experienced real estate agents

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
• Proven ability to recruit commission-based property consultants/real estate agents
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent sourcing and networking ability
• UAE/Dubai recruitment experience preferred

Compensation:

Fixed Salary (7000) + Recruitment Incentives / Commission

Additional incentives will be provided based on the successful hiring and joining of real estate agents.
