Bhd.** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Role: HR Consultant (Mandarin Speaker) Role Overview * We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Consultant to join our team. * In this role, you will support our clients (or internal departments) by handling day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management. * You will ensure all practices align with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and local statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities * Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. * HR Advisory & Operations: Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and local labor practices. * Statutory & Compliance Support: Ensure all HR activities comply with Malaysian statutory bodies, including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, and PCB (LHDN). * Employee Lifecycle Management: Draft employment letters (offer letters, confirmations, extensions) and manage employee offboarding and grievances. * Data & System Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS). Job Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * Experience: 2 to 3 years of working experience in a generalist HR role, HR business partnering, or recruitment agency consulting. * Local Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and local labor regulations. * Languages: Strong command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). * Skills: Proficiency with HRIS tools, Microsoft Excel, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
