We’re looking for an HR Consultant who can understand client needs, provide practical advice, and help organisations handle people matters with confidence. WHAT YOU’LL BE TRUSTED WITH Advise clients on a range of HR policies and people-related matters Support employee relations cases and workplace issues Review HR processes and recommend practical improvements Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures Provide guidance on recruitment, performance, and employee development Prepare reports, documentation, and client recommendations Keep up to date with relevant employment legislation and HR practices Build strong and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders WHY THIS ROLE IS WORTH A LOOK £42,000 per annum, based on experience Opportunity to work across varied HR and business challenges Professional development and career progression Client-facing experience and greater responsibility Supportive environment focused on practical solutions WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE Previous experience in HR consultancy or a similar HR role Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations Good understanding of employment legislation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Professional judgement and a practical approach Ability to manage confidential information with discretion READY TO MAKE HR WORK BETTER?
