HR Business Partner – People & Culture | Hyderabad
People Are at the Heart of Impact. At Lighthouse Communities Foundation, our work is about creating opportunities for young people. But sustainable impact doesn't happen without the people behind it. Great Centre Heads. Committed facilitators. Passionate outreach teams. Strong program leaders. People who show up every day because they believe the work matters. We're looking for an HR Business Partner who can help these people thrive. This is a hands-on, field-facing HR role where you'll work closely with leaders and teams across Hyderabad, understand what is happening on the ground, solve people challenges, strengthen HR practices, and help build a culture where employees can do their best work. If you see HR as more than policies and processes — and believe that strong people practices create stronger social impact — this could be your opportunity.
