HR Business Partner (HRBP)

At NestifyTech Solutions, We are seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Business Partner to align business objectives with HR solutions. This role works closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop people strategies.

Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions for retention and engagement.

Support change management initiatives and company culture evolution.

Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 in an HRBP or strategic HR role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills.

Experience in fast-paced or scaling organizations is a plus.
