Job Description We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in creating a positive employee experience. In this role, you will support HR initiatives and employee relations while partnering closely with the HR Director, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive company growth and reinforce our values. You will contribute to building a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Support Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Assist in resolving workplace issues fairly, consistently, and in alignment with company policies. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. HR Programs & Initiatives Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR programs, including: Performance management Career development Employee engagement initiatives Actively promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous growth. Onboarding & Offboarding Support a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and training. Conduct exit interviews, collect feedback, and provide recommendations to improve retention. Compliance & Data Management Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable federal and state labor laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist with HR data analysis to support decision-making and strategy. Employee Engagement & Culture Gather employee feedback through surveys and interactions. Use insights to propose improvements that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with HR and operations teams to strengthen engagement and culture. Recruitment Support Work closely with recruiters to support staffing needs and hiring processes. Regional Support & Travel Provide HR support across various locations on the East Coast as needed. Travel within districts or out of state when required (approximately 40%–50%). Requirements (Hard Skills) 3–5 years of general experience in Human Resources or a related field. (required) Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies and managing HR responsibilities for the U.S. (required) . - 1 to 2 years on USA (required) Must have valid visa and full availability to travel within the U.S. and internationally as needed. - preferred Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution. Understanding of U.S. federal and state labor laws. Ability to work with children and teens (as applicable to the business context). Ability to work weekends and holidays with open availability. Skills & Competencies (Soft Skills) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and influencing abilities.
