With 3–5 years of relevant HR experience , preferably with exposure to HR business partnering, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. With previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, HRBP, or similar role . Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and labor standards . Has the ability to partner with department heads and managers in addressing people-related concerns and organizational needs. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills . Able to analyze HR concerns and provide practical, data-driven, and business-aligned HR recommendations . Proactive and capable of identifying workforce concerns and recommending appropriate HR interventions. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple HR priorities and confidential employee information . Must be a potential leader with the ability to influence, build relationships, and support a positive workplace culture. Willing to work Monday to Saturday and report to the assigned company location. Work Location: In person
