WE ARE HIRING - HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP) – CLIENT DEPLOYMENT Location: Pasay City Work Arrangement: On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Deployment: External Client About the Role We are looking for a highly capable and client-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will be deployed to our external client in Pasay City . The HRBP will serve as the primary HR representative and partner of the assigned client, providing end-to-end HR support and managing the full spectrum of HR functions . The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, labor compliance, and other HR-related matters. This position requires someone who can work independently, build strong relationships with employees and management, and provide practical and timely HR solutions to the client. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations Manage and oversee the day-to-day HR operations of the assigned client. Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and processes are properly implemented. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation. Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other management reports as required. Monitor employee movements, attendance, leaves, and other HR-related concerns. 2. Recruitment and Staffing Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements. Ensure timely filling of vacancies based on approved manpower requirements. Assist in workforce planning and staffing requirements. 3. Employee Relations Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and other employee relations matters. Prepare and issue HR documentation such as Notices to Explain, memoranda, and other employment-related documents, as appropriate. Provide guidance to management and employees on company policies and workplace concerns. Promote a positive and professional workplace environment. 4. Compensation & Benefits Coordinate and monitor payroll-related concerns and employee compensation matters. Monitor statutory benefits and government-mandated contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Assist employees with benefits-related concerns and inquiries. Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR and benefits-related requirements. 5. Performance Management Support the implementation of performance management processes. Monitor probationary employees and regularization requirements. Coordinate performance evaluations and performance improvement initiatives. Work with managers in addressing performance-related concerns. 6. Labor and Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws, rules, and regulations. Monitor compliance with company policies and employment standards. Maintain and organize HR and employment records for audit and compliance purposes. Assist management in handling labor-related concerns and government requirements. 7. Employee Engagement and HR Programs Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement and HR initiatives. Support employee orientation, onboarding, training, and development activities. Promote company values, policies, and HR programs. Help strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture. 8. Client HR Partnership Serve as the HR business partner of the assigned external client. Regularly coordinate with client management regarding HR concerns, priorities, and manpower requirements. Provide HR recommendations and solutions aligned with the client's business needs. Prepare regular HR updates and reports for both the client and management. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong client relationships at all times. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field . At least 3 years of relevant HR experience , preferably in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations . Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases . Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory requirements. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities. Must be comfortable working in a client-facing and onsite environment . Willing to be deployed to Pasay City . Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Preferred Qualifications HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a client-deployment, consulting, outsourcing, or multi-site environment. Experience handling a broad range of HR functions independently. Strong experience in employee relations and labor compliance. Experience working directly with business owners, managers, or senior leadership. CHRA, CPHR, or other relevant HR certification is an advantage.
