The role is responsible for supporting workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment coordination, performance management, labor compliance, engagement initiatives, and overall HR operations to ensure smooth business performance across assigned stores or business units. The HRBP acts as a bridge between management and employees while driving a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Department Heads regarding manpower planning and organizational needs. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Payroll Outsource Partners, Compliance, and Operations teams for HR concerns and process alignment. Support recruitment activities including manpower requests, candidate endorsements, interviews, onboarding, and deployment monitoring. Ensure complete and accurate employee documentation, 201 files, contracts, and HR reports. Handle employee relations concerns, investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor regulations. Serve as the subject matter expert in Employee Relations by conducting thorough case analysis, fact-finding investigations, root-cause assessments, and providing sound recommendations for case resolution. Monitor attendance, attrition, productivity, and employee movements to identify workforce trends and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, food retail regulations, and HR procedures. Facilitate employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders regarding performance management, employee development, succession planning, and employee relations matters. Conduct regular store visits and business reviews to assess employee engagement, compliance, and operational HR concerns. Support the implementation of HR initiatives, organizational changes, change management programs, and culture-building activities. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports related to staffing, attrition, disciplinary cases, recruitment status, employee engagement, and workforce trends, providing actionable recommendations to management. Partner with leaders to address organizational challenges and support business objectives through effective people management strategies. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time, provided they are related to the role and aligned with business requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations role. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR best practices. Proven expertise in employee relations, case management, workplace investigations, grievance handling, and case analysis. Experience supporting multi-site operations, retail, food service, or similar business environments is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Willing to conduct regular field and store visits. Pay: Php21,553.66 - Php73,635.74 per month Work Location: In person
