We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at a leading construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent. Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and local regulations regarding employment contracts, working hours, and worker rights. Work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements. Handle performance management processes, including setting objectives, appraisals, and addressing any performance issues. Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments in accordance with employment contracts. Manage the company's ERP system for HR-related functions, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy. Develop and send HR reports and analyze HR metrics for better decision-making. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or incidents, ensuring proper resolution. Ensure the company’s adherence to all hygiene, safety, and health regulations, especially for the workforce on construction sites. Key Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Qatar labor law and regulations. Proven experience in HR management, particularly in the construction industry. Strong experience working with ERP systems for HR functions. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce. Ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
