This is a good opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment by posting jobs on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), screening resumes, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and joining documents, and coordinate background verification. Run new-joiner induction and help new employees settle in. Maintain attendance and leave records and share monthly payroll inputs with the HR Manager or payroll vendor. Help with PF, ESIC and other statutory documentation under the guidance of the HR Manager. Handle exit formalities, including clearance, relieving and experience letters. Keep employee files and HRMS data accurate and up to date. Answer routine employee questions on policies, leave and benefits. Help plan engagement activities, celebrations and training sessions. Requirements MBA / PGDM in HR, or BBA / any graduate with HR internship experience. Basic understanding of HR processes and Indian labour laws. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email. Good written and spoken English. Knowledge of the local language is a plus. Organised, detail-oriented and able to keep information confidential. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Nice to Have Exposure to an HRMS (e.g. Keka, Darwinbox, greytHR, Zoho People). Internship experience in recruitment or HR operations.
