Facilitates performance management activities, including monitoring employee performance, coaching managers on feedback and performance improvement, and promoting a culture of accountability. Recommends regularization of probationary employees based on performance evaluation results. Analyzes performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, and recommends appropriate interventions. Conducts career assessments, skills gap analyses, and competency mapping to identify employee development needs and prepare development plans. Partners with unit heads in identifying and recommending learning and development opportunities aligned with individual, departmental, and organizational goals. Supports managers in developing employees through coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback. Promotes a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and career development across the organization. Facilitates and monitors administrative cases, ensuring timely coordination and implementation of appropriate actions for concerned employees and officers.
