The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Employee grievance handling and other related HR tasks specially on reatil, foodstuff industry. This role requires excellent organizational skills, bulk recruitments and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage HR leave management and Attendance management system. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure timely reports to the HR Manager Maintain and develop the personnel filing system Ensure compliance in all HR operations and practices. Support the Hr Department for onboarding and offboarding process . Assit HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as required by HR Manager. Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and compliance. Administer medical insurance and related documentation as advise by HR Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor degree is required. Minimum 2 years of India experience as a HR Admin or in a similar role in UAE is mandate. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Strong knowledge of Employee grievance,, work force management, and employee benefits. Hands on experience on UAE law and regulations in compliance with MOHRE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of discretion and professionalism. Preferred Attributes: Male candidate is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
