HR Assistant (Training and Development)
Job Summary: To co-formulate, design and execute high-impact learning and organizational development initiatives in close partnership with the Head of Organization & Talent Development. The role is responsible for driving end-to-end training management—from conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and co-building custom curricula to facilitating workshops, managing external learning vendors, and measuring training ROI—to build workforce capability and support strategic company goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Programs Formulation & Design Partner with the Head of OTD and department managers to conduct organizational TNA Co-design custom learning pathways, leadership modules, and onboarding frameworks. Develop modern blended learning materials, e-learning modules, and job aids. Program Execution & Facilitation Lead and facilitate internal training sessions ( core competencies, soft skills, orientation). Oversee training activities, LMS administration, scheduling, and learning material distribution. Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers and vendors. Learning Evaluation & Analytics Establish KPIs and frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) to measure program effectiveness. Track skill adoption, post-training performance improvement, and training ROI. Maintain up-to-date training databases and produce monthly/quarterly analytics reports. Budget & Vendor Management Assist in tracking and optimizing the annual training budget. Negotiate cost-effective contracts with external providers and track vendor performance. Qualifications: College Graduate Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 6 months of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Instructional Design. Demonstrated capability in curriculum design Hands-on experience with LMS tools, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Canva, Googlesuite), and interactive presentation tools. Strong facilitation, public speaking, and workshop moderation skills. Data analytics skill to measure learning effectiveness.
